Most deliveries within the US & Canada ship within 6 business days and should arrive at the order address within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email being received. Please note high order volumes and other extraneous circumstances may extend these times.

Deliveries outside of the US & Canada usually ship within 9 business days and may take anywhere from 7 to 45 days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customer-selected courier at checkout.

These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country.

If you have not received your package and your tracking either shows that the package has been delivered, or if the tracking has not updated within the past 14 days, please call your local post office and provide your tracking number for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, your local post office may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed. EON aims to provide accurate shipping & delivery estimates for pre-order and back-ordered products, but may be limited by production delays, shipping delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Pre-orders can be canceled within 48 hours of the order being placed. More information may be available on pre-orders and back-orders, on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@eon-shop.com for more details.

For some products, initial release order volumes can cause fulfillment to lag behind our typical fulfillment timeline. If you have not received shipping confirmation within 15 business days of placing your order, please contact support@eon-shop.com.

EON is closed during all national holidays which may delay the fulfillment of your order.
